What is the turn-around time?

We have a turn-around time of 2 days guaranteed.

Do you offer same-day booking?

No, we do not. We highly encourage all clients to book appointments at least 2 days or more in advance to ensure quality photo delivery and revisions in a timely manner for the sake of MLS deadlines.

What is the cancellation policy?

Per policy, we have a $50 cancellation fee for same day cancellations and for same day rescheduling. However, we understand when there are things that happen that are out of your control. These exceptions include weather conditions. If you choose to cancel or need to reschedule, please contact us at least the day before your shoot and within our office hours.

When/How do I pay?

You can pay online via invoice or over the phone. We do not require payment ahead of time, however, you will not be able to download your media until payment has been made.

Is there a discount if I book multiple properties?

No. While we appreciate our agents’ loyalties, we do not give a discount. We have a flat rate that you can find under our service page.

Is there a discount if the property is tiny?

No, we do not have a discount for a smaller property. We have a flat rate that you can find under our service page.

Can I purchase photos individually or in a package smaller than 20?

No. Our smallest package is at least 20 photos and cannot be bought individually. It is done this way so that you have more photographic options to choose from.

How do you send the photos?

We send your photos to the email address that you provide to us. We will send both an MLS compatible size (1200×800 pixels) and a Print Quality size (6000×4000 pixels). If you need a different size than these, you do have the option to input the pixel dimensions to download a custom size.

How do I download the photos?

Once your photos are complete, you will be getting a completion email. Click on the Download Photos link. You then will decide which size you need: Print quality, MLS, or custom size. If you only want to download specific images, you also have the option to download individually.

Do you upload the content on the MLS?

Normally, we do not upload as we only send you access to the content and you or someone on your team can upload for you. 

Can I purchase the floor plan a la carte?

No. The floor plan can only be purchased if you book a matterport 3D tour.

Do you offer videography or aerial footage?

No. We are strictly based in still photography and do not provide any videography. Out teaser video, however is a slideshow overlaid with music, based off of the still images.

How wide are your service areas?

We are a nationwide company and have photographers in over 20 different states so far. If you are unsure if we have a photographer in your area, please contact us. If you need one, let us know as long as the area has a high and consistent amount of listings.

Can the travel fee be waived?

Unfortunately, the travel fee cannot be waived as it is to compensate for our photographer’s travel time.

Why do some properties include a travel fee?

The travel fee is to compensate our photographers, who are traveling out of their service area. Since we hire local photographers, each photographer has a certain amount of miles that they are willing to travel. Travel fees are based off of distance and will begin on properties over 20 miles.

What is a 3D Matterport Tour?

A 3D Matterport Tour is a tool used to create a better experience for buyers. They provide an immersive and interactive virtual tour where buyers can move through the home and get a sense of the space. You are able to move from room to room by clicking on the circular indicators on the floor. This is something manually done, as it is not a videography. It is not based off of still images, but multiple scans done with a 360 camera.

Do you virtually stage multiple photos for $50?

No, we charge $50 PER PHOTO, not a group of photos. 

What is the difference between day to dusk edits and the dusk photoshoot?

Day to dusk edits are photographs that are digitally altered during post production from a day photoshoot. We replace the day sky with a sunset sky and alter the lighting of the home to make it look like it was taken at dusk. In comparison, a dusk photoshoot is a photoshoot performed 30 minutes before sunset and includes exteriors only.
